It naturally slips out of my mouth when I feel frustrated,\u201d explained the new Tarsier Records artist.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00fcpa shared that she blended Filipino, English, and Ilonggo words to depict her frustration with taking risks and moving forward while also wanting to stay grounded and in her comfort zone.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-277742\" src=\"https:\/\/pageone.zyndk8.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PUPA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"1919\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wrote it when I was torn between chasing my dreams and my longing for home. My frustration is a constant push and pull. Some days, it overshadows my whole being, and mapapa-\u2019DPTA\u2019 ka na lang talaga,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>The track was composed by P\u00fcpa and produced by Ken Ponce.<\/p>\n<p>Raised in Roxas City, the 25-year-old singer-songwriter combines traditional pop and Asian pop in her music and also delves into indie and alternative genres. P\u00fcpa has previously released the songs \u201cDead Flower,\u201d \u201cDumbfounded,\u201d \u201cMake Me,\u201d and \u201cheels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI see creativity as a way to express emotions I can&#8217;t say out loud. My work is just a fusion of my experiences, whether through painting, acting, or music. I try to create pieces that resonate with my current feeling. I believe that sadness, frustrations, and the like can turn into art,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from music, P\u00fcpa is also an actress who starred in the Ilonggo film \u201cCand\u00e8\u201d along with JC Santos.
